Shipping Policy

Mud and Flora processes and dispatches orders within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers will be notified once the order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment is completed.
