Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and videos as proof of damage for verification purposes.

Once the claim is thoroughly reviewed and approved by our team, a refund may be processed to the original payment method. Mud and Flora reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet our verification criteria.

Products damaged due to improper handling, incorrect usage, or delay in reporting will not be eligible for refund.
